Rohan brings over 6 years of experience in recruitment, with a background that spans multiple sectors and regions. After working in markets like Toronto and Windsor, he now proudly calls Halifax home.

He began his career in technical recruitment and gradually expanded into areas such as IT, finance, engineering, leadership, and administrative roles. Over the years, he has successfully recruited for positions ranging from entry-level to executive leadership, supporting clients across Canada, the United States, and globally.

With a focus on sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and employer branding, Rohan takes a collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment. He’s passionate about creating a positive experience for both clients and candidates and consistently aims to deliver practical solutions that support long-term success.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, training jiu-jitsu, spending time at the gym, and being with family and friends.
