Leading the Accountant & Administrative Staffing division based in Moncton, NB, Jen brings a decade of recruitment experience spanning industries and geographies.  Originally from Saskatchewan, Jen has called Moncton home since 2014 and has been dedicated to recruitment since 2015. 

Starting her career in call centre recruiting and quickly expanded to include a wide range of sectors including technology, sales, senior leadership and specialty pharmacy.  Over the years, Jen has successfully recruiter for positions at every level, from entry level to C-Suite. Supporting clients in Moncton and throughout New Brunswick, across Canada, the United States, Columbia and the Philippines. 

Jen is deeply passionate about the candidate experience and takes pride in guiding clients and candidates alike through what can often be a strenuous process, helping make it feel seamless, efficient, and even enjoyable. Known for her approachable nature and ability to build lasting relationships, she has honed her focus to both recruitment initiatives and strengthening business brand recognition within the community and beyond. 

Outside of her professional life, Jen enjoys spending her time with her young family, staying busy with them in the dance and rugby communities.
