Originally from the Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University and an Advanced Diploma in Emergency Management from Nova Scotia Community College. In her spare time, she enjoys working on training her 2-year-old rescued German Shepherd/Pitbull Curie, snuggling her two cats Val and Luna, and appreciating a good cup of coffee in the early morning before the sun comes up.
