Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collecting, matching and processing invoices
  • Posting financial transactions
  • Journal entries
  • Preparing monthly financial reports
  • Tracking and processing client refunds
  • Processing expense reports
  • Managing petty cash
  • Responding to vendor inquiries
  • Office supply orders
  • Other general administration and accounting duties as required

 Requirements: 

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar, versatile accounting role
  • Positive, flexible and adaptable
  • Comfortable using technology with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Superior attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proven success in a deadline driven environment
