Projects & Revenue Operations Administrator
Our client, an Atlantic owned and operated company, is seeking a Projects & Revenue Operations Administrator for a contract opportunity in their Dartmouth office. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and thrives in a busy, multifaceted role.
- Project billing and invoicing
- Preparing invoices and matching to PO’s
- Calculate invoice rebates
- Sales/rebates review and analysis
- Setting up new project accounts
- Other accounting and administrative support as required
- Post-secondary education in business or accounting
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar position
- Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Superior analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good judgement and problem-solving capabilities
- Extremely detail-oriented and consistently meet all deadlines
