Our client, an Atlantic owned and operated company, is seeking a Projects & Revenue Operations Administrator for a contract opportunity in their Dartmouth office.  The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail and thrives in a busy, multifaceted role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project billing and invoicing
  • Preparing invoices and matching to PO’s
  • Reconciliations
  • Collections
  • Calculate invoice rebates
  • Sales/rebates review and analysis
  • Setting up new project accounts
  • Other accounting and administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in a similar position
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Superior analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a good judgement and problem-solving capabilities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and consistently meet all deadlines
