Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a contract opportunity in their Bedford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Full cycle payroll processing
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • General office administration (phones, email, mail, etc.)
  • Assisting with other office duties as required

Key Requirements: 

  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar, hands-on role
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with bookkeeping programs and processes
