Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk for a contract opportunity in their Halifax office. This is a great opportunity to join a successful, long standing local organization.

 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
  • Data entry
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Syspro account reconciliations and maintenance
  • Other accounting duties as required

Requirements: 

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting
  • 1-2 years’ related experience
  • Experience with Syspro is required
  • Above average organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
