Our client is currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper for their Halifax office. This is a contract opportunity working 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Basic payroll processing
  • Other bookkeeping support duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in business or accounting
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Sage 50 proficiency preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
