Our client is seeking an Accounting Clerk for their office in Dartmouth. This is a permanent opportunity, and a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a respected organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily deposit and bank reconciliations
  • Accounts payable invoice review and coordination of payments
  • Accounts receivable statement preparation
  • Manage AR inquiries
  • Client account maintenance and reconciliation
  • GL entries
  • Assist with month end procedures
  • Update inventory records
  • Sales documentation processing
  • Filing and supplies order as necessary
  • Other accounting support duties as required

Key Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in accounting at the Diploma or Certificate level
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in an accounting support role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong rapport builder
  • Computer savvy and comfortable with technology
  • Well organized and reliable
  • Above average organizational skills
