We are seeking Administrative Support to fill a contract opportunity in Halifax. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual looking to contribute to a busy operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Following-up on submission of accounting documentation
  • Looking up general ledger information
  • Communicating between multiple office locations and managers
  • Preparing reports
  • Other support as required 

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary college education in accounting
  • At least 2 years’ of related experience in a similar role
  • Above average organizational skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills and sense of urgency
