Corporate IT Billing Clerk

We are seeking a Corporate IT Billing Clerk for a contract opportunity with our client in Halifax. The successful candidate will have a team-oriented approach and be comfortable supporting the business management team with a variety of accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile affiliate billing accounts
  • Investigate account charges and audit information used to the proper department/affiliates
  • Maintain accurate billing records and update applicable parties of any changes to these records
  • Process files and post account entries
  • Compile each affiliates IT charges
  • Address inquiries from affiliates and provide solutions
  • Additional duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in business or accounting
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Able to learn new processes and systems quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
