Our client located within Halifax, Nova Scotia is seeking an Accounting & Admin Support Clerk for an amazing permanent opportunity. The successful candidate is somebody who is ready and willing to learn and grow within a great company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing Invoices, basic coding, checking invoices
  • Verify accuracy of accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Checking purchase orders
  • Administrative related duties such as filing, cheques, calls, paper, tracking, and leasing
  • Help set up books and support the team

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience working in a similar position
  • Experience working in the real estate industry is preferred
  • Eager to learn and grow with a great company
  • Previous experience using QuickBooks within an organization
  • Able to adapt to different responsibilities
  • Well organized with great attention to detail
  • A team player, able to work well with others
