 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the accounting and reporting
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Government remittances
  • Preparing financial reports for management team
  • Contract management
  • Managing risk and developing processes and improvements
  • Hire, train, and lead accounting staff
  • Year-end coordination
  • Other accounting, finance and special project responsibilities as required

 Requirements:

  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to lead and work with professional, high-functioning team
  • Strategic decision-making and operational experience
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient learning new systems
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Adaptability, determination and ability to take initiative
