- Managing the accounting and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Government remittances
- Preparing financial reports for management team
- Contract management
- Managing risk and developing processes and improvements
- Hire, train, and lead accounting staff
- Year-end coordination
- Other accounting, finance and special project responsibilities as required
- CPA designation
- 5+ years relevant experience in a leadership role
- Ability to lead and work with professional, high-functioning team
- Strategic decision-making and operational experience
- Advanced computer skills and proficient learning new systems
- Advanced communication skills
