Our reputable client is seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator for a contract opportunity for their office in Halifax. This role requires a diligent individual who is keen to join a busy, high volume environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying and entering payroll data both salaried and hourly employees
  • Payroll journal entries and adjustments
  • Processing benefits information and ensuring accuracy
  • Maintaining payroll files and employee related information
  • Other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years payroll processing experience
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
