We’re currently seeking an Administrator/Bookkeeper for a contract opportunity in Shelburne. The ability to manage your time independently while maintaining a strong close-knit team focus is a key quality for this position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Payroll processing
  • Accepting and processing payments
  • Providing first point of contact for organization
  • Supporting operations where needed
  • Other Administrative and bookkeeping assistance as required

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Post-secondary education focused in accounting or business administration at the college or university level
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and reliability
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
