Stephanie brings over 10 years of recruiting experience across a diverse range of industries, including call centers, data centers, finance, and technical roles in both Canada and the US. She has an extensive background in high volume recruitment, sales, and sourcing. She graduated from Saint Mary’s University, Halifax in 2009, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree and Human Resources Management Certification. Stephanie has a proven ability to identify top talent, foster strong relationships, and consistently deliver exceptional results. She ensures that both client and candidates needs are fully understood and met. 

As a dedicated recruiter, she is committed to finding the right candidate for every role and takes pride in guiding candidates through the recruitment process with care and expertise. Stephanie is known for her strategic approach, excellent negotiation skills, and ability to close searches quickly. She has also earned the prestigious President’s Club Award with previous companies, and she actively participated in leadership and professional development programs.

Outside of work, Stephanie currently sits on the board of directors for a local daycare in her community and enjoys volunteering when she can. She enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips, camping, and exploring new culinary experiences.
