Originally from the U.K., she holds a bachelor’s degree in music technology from The University of Hertfordshire. Her career took off in London, where she specialized in sponsorship & partnerships with the U.K.'s largest television broadcasters. Seeking new horizons, Josephine relocated solo to Vancouver, drawn by the mountains of British Columbia. Her love for travel led her to a role as a travel consultant, crafting dream vacations until the onset of Covid-19 reshaped her path. Josephine joined a recruitment firm as a Recruiter in Vancouver, where she mastered Light Industrial staffing. After relocating to Halifax, Nova Scotia, she took charge of the Skilled Trades division. She later joined Administrative Staffing and transitioned to focusing on administrative and junior accounting searches.
Josephine’s focus is to connect qualified and talented administrative and junior accounting candidates with local companies and hiring managers seeking the best of the local talent. She prides herself on providing excellent service to both clients and candidates with a personable and friendly touch.
In her home life Josephine enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, and their newly rescued kittens. She has recently discovered a passion for sewing, making clothes for herself and son, or upcycling old clothes. Josephine is also a keen cyclist, one of her proudest achievements being cycling from London to Paris in 24 hours for charity.
