PT Bilingual Accounting Clerk
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Accounting Clerk for our client’s office in Bedford. This is a permanent opportunity for a fully bilingual (both in French and English) individual seeking approximately 20/hours weekly with a thriving organization. Supporting the Accounting Admin, key responsibilities will include:
- Processing accounts
- Accounts payable invoice entry
- Following up with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Payroll support as required
- Assisting with various reports
- Post-secondary education in accounting
- 2 years’ accounting support experience
- Proven communication skills both in French and English
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a positive attitude
